EVENT software started as a desire from an event coordinator to have a modern clean administration application .
Many years of in house development produced a few applications that covered the different phases of the building process.
These applications are serving us and our clients well .
Results
Estimating and quoting to deliver a fully itemised Quote with or without Inclusion Schedule is now all done in a third of the time .
Contract documentation , Inclusion schedule with photos and specification are developed fast and accurately with the use of templates.
Clients get simple and comprehensive documents preventing disputes.
Administration of Progress Claims , Variations , Extension of Time , Orders , Budget and cost control are all integrated internally and externally to XERO accounting.
Evolution
Other builders after seeing our results asked to purchase our software. The in-house version is a fully integrated server servicing desktops . iPhones and iPads requiring a major hardware , software and maintenance investment.
A standalone solution was needed for the small builder or contractor and so the suite of PEQA applications was born .
A suite was decided so a client can purchase what they need to add to their current software, it also allows a staged rollout.
Compatibility with both Apple and Windows platforms was also need.

EVENT Single will the first application released , early second quarter 2018 .
EVENT Multi in testing due for release second quarter 2018.
EVENT Cloud in development.
Tutorials will be progressively released.
